In her free time, Kathryn and her husband enjoy checking out new coffee shops, reading their favorite fiction and non-fiction books, and getting outside with their dog, Shiloh.

Executive Assistant
As the Executive Assistant, Kat serves both our team members and the leadership team to promote a healthy team culture. She manages all human resources projects including talent acquisition, onboarding, and team-wide training. She also is in charge of planning events and fostering a positive work environment while seeking to keep everyone focused on what’s most important. Kat is passionate about personal growth and development.
In 2019, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The College at Southeastern. She is a certified Team Member with the John Maxwell Team, and a certified trainer in Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability, she is also currently working on a Master’s of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
