As a Support Lead in our Production Department, Joseph is responsible for ensuring all ticket requests, coding standards, and best practices set by the Director of Production are being met. The Support Lead is the point of contact for all support team members and ensures excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
Joseph has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and seeks to use his professional experience to develop his skills and apply them in whatever position he is in.
