As a Product Manager in our IT Department, Carmen is responsible for being the point person for the entire product lifecycle. From the strategy phase to go-to-market to maturity as the product evolves and our user base grows. Also, she helps determine product-market fit, creates and manages the product roadmap, prioritizes the backlog, communicates directly with clients to assess and gather feedback, and continues helping the development team refine each feature.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She always had a fascination for people/end-user behavior, frontend UI/UX, and continuous learning. She has a professional background in legal, hospitality, and aviation industries, as well as client management.

Carmen resides in Mobile, Alabama. When she is not learning something new or traveling to visit family and friends, she can be found on Dauphin Island or spending time with her senior dog Maple, a Lhasa Apso.
