When asked what sets Consultwebs apart from our competitors, Rebeca states that it is our culture. She says, “I love the team culture. I believe all of the team members conduct themselves with kindness and respect for others, which makes it an ideal work environment.”
One of Rebeca’s favorite quotes is, “Here’s to strong women, may we know them, may we be them, may we raise them.” So when it comes to what attracted her to Consultwebs, it seems fitting that she would love our remote work environment with its work/life balance. She says, “Finding a remote job was ideal as a mom of three little girls and a boy. Being around them as they grow up is a priceless opportunity.”
Rebeca is from Managua, Nicaragua. During her spare time, you will find her running around and playing games with her children, reading good novels, watching crime movies, and dancing a lot. She also loves to cook and is quite good at it, but she considers baking her passion.
