As a Social Media Specialist in the Digital Advertising Department, Laura strives to create content and images that are interesting, relevant, and attention-grabbing. “My goal is to help our clients be as successful as possible on their social media platforms and expand my own creative mindset and challenge myself to learn more,” she says. Laura helps to build and interact with client followers on social media while keeping in line with the client’s goals, values, and wishes.

As for why she joined the Consultwebs team, she says, “For several years, my friend and now coworker, Ken Harris, would always brag about how amazing Consultwebs is to work for. When I was looking for a job, I had many offers but none stood out as much as Consultwebs. I definitely made the right choice when I applied here, no doubt about that.”

When not at work, Laura loves spending time with her son, Connor, and their dog, Ronny. She also enjoys watching hockey (go Caps and Bruins!) and binge-watching all the “nerd culture” movies (Marvel, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, etc.). She also enjoys reading and working on her own stories. Her favorite quote is by American astronomer Carl Sagan: “The nitrogen in our DNA, the calcium in our teeth, the iron in our blood, the carbon in our apple pies were made in the interiors of collapsing stars. We are made of starstuff.”
